kids to bed at night and still being able to sit up and visit
with your parents &/or friends for the evening!
The open designed kitchen and living room is equipped
with Wolf appliances, accented with granite counter tops and mesquite
wood floors! Enjoy a well prepared meal at the dining room
table that will comfortably seat six or in the breakfast
nook that will seat eight. There are four seats at
the bar as well! Please

The main living
room is surrounded with windows giving your the ulitmate views
from this home of either the down valley view and Whetstone
Mountain or the East Elk Mountain
Range. Enjoy an evening of entertaiment in
front of the gas fireplace and 52" flat Screen HD
TV with Cable and DVD player. The game table
is a great way to get the family
together for the lastest crazed board game or even putting together
a great puzzle!
Just outside the living room on the deck features a brand new 8 person hot tub! Enjoy this after a day of skiing, biking or hiking in the mountains!
The master bedroom has a

of the many surrounding aspen trees. The master bedroom has a private balcony with envious views of Snodgrass Mountain and the East Elk Mountain Range!

the main floor are 2 bedrooms with private bathooms, the
1st bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has
a king bed. Just outside the 1st bedroom is a landing with a double bed.
Downstairs from the main floor is an oversized laundry room, and a Queen bedroom with a hallway bathroom and the 5th bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, a private bathroom and a small living area with kitchenette. Complete with a 36" Flat Screen HD TV with Cable!
The home
is equipped with a 2 car garage; however, the owner keeps 1 vehicle at the property. Plenty of storage room for skis/snowboards and bikes is available in the garage.
